He said he initially paid off what he thought was all of her debt before the marriage only to find out she had even more debt and he couldn't stomach it. Lesson here….DEBT IS NOT ATTRACTIVE!! If you want to attract a potential mate, show that you're financially mature.
I completely agree with you. I think she is being vindictive and hope that he wins the appeal. After paying $30,000 of her debt off, I think he more than compensated her for her expenses…just not the broken heart.
